Link your business's Facebook page to import reviews.

  • The Facebook account you want to sign in with must have admin access to the existing Facebook page you intend to connect, and the page must be public.
  • Ensure the browser pop-up blocker is inactive.

Steps:

  • After clicking on "Integrate," click on "Login With Facebook" in the pop-up that shows.

  • Enter your Facebook personal account details and log in.

  • In the next prompt, select the pages you want to connect, along with Instagram rights for page posts/content access.
    • Note: We need "Rights for page posts" to publish posts and "Content access" to import reviews. If you don’t want to connect to Instagram, skip that passage and grant only Facebook permissions.
  • Click "Done," then "OK" in the next prompts confirming you have linked Facebook.
  • Select the desired page from the drop-down menu and click "Integrate Facebook." Allow the app some time to import the reviews.

In case you do not see the page in the drop-down.

  • Note: The page visibility issue sometimes affects page owners. As a workaround, you can grant access to a different Facebook account, and that should enable you to see the page in the dropdown.

How to Enable Reviews on Your Facebook Page

If you do not have a Reviews Page on your Facebook, you must activate it. To activate the Reviews section (now called "Ratings" or "Recommendations") on a Facebook Page, follow these steps:

  1. Go to your Facebook Page
Make sure you're logged in with an account that has admin access to the page.

  2. Click on "Settings"
This is usually at the bottom left of the sidebar on desktop.

  3. Select "Templates and Tabs"
In the left-hand menu, click on Templates and Tabs.

  4. Enable the “Reviews” Tab

    • Find the Reviews tab in the list.

    • If it’s turned off, toggle the switch to On.

    • If it's not listed, scroll to the bottom and click Add a Tab, then add Reviews.

  5. Make Sure Your Page Category Allows Reviews
Some page types/categories (like “Personal Blog”) don’t support reviews.
    To change your category:

    • Go to Page Info

    • Edit the Category

    • Use something like “Local Business,” “Service,” “Medical Center,” etc.

  6. Verify the Page (Optional but Helpful)
A verified page looks more trustworthy and can help with visibility.
To verify, you may need to confirm your phone number or upload documents.
