If your business has multiple locations, you can add them in Settings > Locations. This section displays your full list of locations.
If you manage multiple businesses (and therefore multiple Google Business Profiles), you can use this area to organize and distinguish them accordingly.
By clicking the “Add New Location” button, you can:

Upload a location logo

Set a location name, e.g., Berlin Coffee Shop

Select the location’s language — this setting will be used for:

‘Get Reviews’ templates

The preview title in the ‘Review Link’ section

System notifications
⚠️ Important:
Once a location is created, its language cannot be changed.
If you need to use a different language, you’ll need to delete the location and create a new one with the correct language (e.g., English). -

(Optional) Assign a location manager — this user will only have access to that specific location.
- You can also preview the welcome email (with login credentials) sent to the manager by clicking the eye icon.
📌 Note:
If you're unable to add more locations and see an upgrade popup, it means your current plan has a location limit. To add more, you’ll need to upgrade your plan or contact us for more information.
