  • Click the pencil icon to enable or disable platforms to display on the Review Link under the Positive Experience section. You can also drag the platforms up or down to arrange them in order of importance.

  • Save changes by clicking the green checkmark button.

⚠️ Important Note:

Some integrations — such as Booking, Agoda, and OpenTable — cannot be included in the review link, as these platforms do not provide a public “Leave a Review” option.
Even if we were to include them, end users would not be able to leave a review. Reviews on these platforms can only be submitted by verified guests, and requests must be sent directly through the platforms themselves.

That said, we continue to support these integrations so you can still:

  • Manage the reviews directly from your dashboard, and

  • Display them in your widgets.
