The SMS Service feature enables you to connect your preferred messaging provider for sending SMS review requests. Currently, we support <a href="https://onlinereviews.kb.help/telnyx-setup/" target="_blank">Telnyx</a> and <a href="https://onlinereviews.kb.help/twilio-setup/" target="_blank">Twilio</a>. Please be aware that for SMS to United States numbers, your connected phone must have an approved 10DLC or toll-free campaign.
To integrate the SMS service, follow these steps:

<li>Select SMS Service.</li>
